My computer crashed last week. I had a program that came with it since it was new. The program allowed me to crop pictures, and to re size them by just entering the resolution that I want.
I am unable to find a program on my new computer that will do this. I thought that it was Windows Photo Gallery, but it's not. I can't remember the program name so I can look for it on my backup disks. Both the old and the new computers have Windows Vista. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

This program does not allow both resizing and cropping in the same program. I'm still looking for a program that allows both. Any other suggestions
