I finally got me a bottle of Pepsi Throwback [the Pepsi with real sugar instead of corn syrup]

Meh.

It tasted like regular Pepsi.

I stand by my previous comments that Mexican Pepsi/Coke tastes better because it comes in glass bottles rather than plastic or tin cans.

Even 25 years ago when glass returnable bottles were used, people said the soda in glass bottles tasted better than the canned soda. The youngsters here weren't around for that, so they just think it must be a different formulation responsible for the better taste.

It's really not too much different. The bottle looks cool though.

Glass bottles are the thing, I don't think its much to do with the sugar either.  I remember Dr. Pepper in a glass bottle and miss it with every fiber of my being.

once a year you can get Kosher for passover coke, it is the same formula we had back in the 80's with real sugar. bottles have yellow caps and the cans have a cRc seal on them.

I think it would've been cooler if they'd used this logo on it, reminds me of the '70s and '80s.

Funny, I always heard that Colombian coke was the shit to beat.  To each his own.

I like the throwback Mountain Dew. It tastes just as good and I can drink a whole bottle without getting a headache
