my bushy snapped the firing pin retaining pin this weekend. Is there anything special about this or will a standard pin work fine. If not anyone know a vendor with resonable shipping charges.

I WAS going to order a few from bushy until they hit me with a 6.50 SH charge for a pin that way less than a peper clip. DAMN i hate getting raped on shipping charges. i refuse to pay 7.45 for a freaking cotter pin.

I usually just buy several at a time, or mix in some other small parts (springs, pins, etc.) as well.

Unfortunately, these aren't something that you can just run down to the hardware store and pick up.

I'll never go back to a cotter pin.

Dennysguns carries them, decent price, cheap shipping.

Georgia Precision will ship you however many you need.  And they only charge around $1.50 for small parts that'll fit in an envelope.

Mike,

GPSS has a "Light Order" option for anything that will fit in a padded envelope.  It is an option on their website.  I ordered several small pins, springs, etc. from them a while back & got them very quickly - I believe shipping was $1.95.

It's $1.00 for a regular "letter" envelope & $1.95 for a larger padded one.

Brownell's has a small parts shipping rate of $3.50. It's pretty handy if you need it.
