Hey guys I recently painted my wheels black and want to paint the hubcaps to match. I want to paint all the chrome black and paint the black letters white. The letters are recessed just a little bit. The only way I know of doing this would be to tape off the letters with masking tape and trim it with a razor. Is there any easier way to do this?

ETA: I guess I'm really just looking for an easy way to do this because I don't feel like cutting out all the letters. ETA#2: What's the best way to remove spraypaint from plastic?
