It's my understanding that ammo prices from the distributors hasn't gone up and it's the retailers raising the prices to what we see here correct?

I guess PSA goes off some asshats list on another thread for not gouging.....

eta: I dont think it is gouging on non-essential products like food and water.

Haha they were hard to get decent ship times out of before the madness. I can only imagine now....

I applaud their price increase. They are finally in line with Charlotte gun store prices.
I paid half that much last time I was there, but I stocked up, and got a free hat too.

good luck.

i ordered some LPK's last week that showed in stock at the time i placed my order.  they charged my CC, but not a peep since then, which is understandable, i suppose.  one of my coworkers is in exactly the same boat, but he ordered on 1/3/13.

I got a case of XM193 earlier this year from Brownells for $265 shipped. I wish I had bought 10 so I could fund my retirement.

Imma pass.  Let PSA make money off of the fudds.  I'll buy when the prices are back from the moon.

My Henry 001 .22LR and I are having a ball.

If they have a smaller amount to sell then they need to raise the price per unit.

They can have a smaller profit margin if the volume is high, but you can't have low volume & low margin if you want to stay in business.

Pass..... Maybe when it's back to $350-375 range.

Given the amount of reloading going on, I can't see cases of 5.56 going in large amounts for $600+, unless you are new to ARs and just have to get something to have.

I doubt people are going to be buying large volumes at those prices. I may be wrong, but seems like this will be a short-lived phenomena.

I got it at $40 a box of 100 about 2 weeks ago... still hasn't shipped.  If they cancel my order i'll be POed though...  about $.44 a round shipped.

Also got 4 x 420 M855 that was $422 shipped per 2... so $844 for 1680.... about $.50 a round.  Not cheap, but when you have 300 rounds of 855  and 500 rounds of wolf (that i won't use unless i have to) you do what you got to do...
