Check the amount of salt in Taco Bell food vs. most any other fast food vendor. They are WAY HIGH.

PSA when I eat Taco Bell it's because it is delicious and makes my hunger go away not because I give a hoot about it's nutritional value.

We definitely need it in our diet and it seems like it's not as dangerous as everyone thought. But still anything in excess on a regular basis....

Taco Bell will zip through your GI tract and spewed out your ass so fast, you won't have time to absorb the salt. Much less any of the trace nutrients that it has in it.
