So I think maybe one of these two watches might be my next purchase. Anyone have both and want to share their opinions? I think I like the smaller size of the PRW, but the rugged beat-it-to-hell durability of the GWG G-shock.

GWG-1000 is a big watch, be aware. I've been looking a them personally too. Still not super thrilled about the colors offered on them.

I love they put sapphire glass on them, just like the frogman.

I'm not 100% sold on the analog-digital combo though, not sure I like it.

The only G shock combo I like right now is the gulfmaster. I think it's the cleanest design they make.

I'm drooling over this model. Q1000MB-1AJF (MARINE BLUE) Too bad the price keeps climbing

I'll have to check that one out. I'd love to try on the GWG, but I don't know any shops around me that have one.

As far as the analog-digital combo, that's one of the draws to it for me. If I wanted digital only, I'd probably go with the Rangemaster.

I love how the second hand points North in compass mode.
