It boggles my tiny mind to imagine that the F22 combines that kind of slow speed maneuverability, super cruise, computerized big picture with BVR engagement capabilities.

This bad boy is going to be the bully on the block for a long long time.

Internally, yes it does.

Internal fuel capacity is 3082 gallons or close to 20650 lb.

The F-35A holds about 18,000 , the F-15B 13,000 an the F-36C 19,000. They were all given large internal fuel capacities to reduce the need for external carriage.
