I recently read "Pathfinder-First In, Last Out" by Richard R. Burns...I was amazed that after reading the Intro that the author was the same "Richie" Burns that I'd served with at Bad Tolz in the early '80's...sad to say that I also found out that Richie died last year...he was a great man, one of the finest NCO's I've ever met and a friend...finding out he passed away made me feel bad about not keeping in touch/ "staying in the net" like I should...
