I posted this yesterday in the tech forum but no avail....
I'm not sure if I can describe this easily, but I'll try. I deal with hundreds of attachments every day, and I have to save them all to different folders. Generally Outlook opens the "save to" window in the last saved-to folder. Example, I have folders for every client, and in that folder, a folder for every day. Client 1 .......December 01 .......December 02 .......December 03 It saves me a lot of time if it default opens the last saved folder, but today it's opening a folder on my Desktop every time. Then with EVERY file I try to save, I have to navigate to the other dir. Is there an easy way to fix this? |
