I ordered a barrel for my SBS from them a few months ago, it was the only item on my order and I didn't really care if I got it in a month. It showed up in less than a week. I think the key is to only order the minimum number of items and don't plan on having them anytime soon.

If they have it in stock you'll probably get it pretty soon. Calling and asking them if they have it in stock doesn't really help. They'll tell you it's in stock whether it is or not. Canceling orders is a fucking headache. Their customer service is non-existent. |

In it is 1 box red, 1 box green 1 box white with 1 red, 1 green and 1 IR singles laid inside, in an envelope. I gave up. |
| It's surprising to me that Botach is even still in business. An identical thread to this one, 10 years ago, would have (and did) read exactly the same. Every single Botach thread since says the same thing. Better companies have gone bankrupt or closed doors left and right, but Botach charges on. What gives with them really? |

What gives with them really? but but but I saved a few bucks  I agree as a internet seller it bugs the shit out of me the reason they are so cheap is they are a drop shipper that never says no even if they know they are not going to get it for a year I get a couple times a week "well botach is cheaper" tell um yes they are and after waiting 3 months you can call me and actually get your item |

Let me start by saying that I know squat about Botach.
Let me also state that there are far to many hydration packs out there to settle on a Camelback. Look into Ospray or DaKine or one of a hundred more. Don't settle for a Camelback. Good luck. And as always should you or any member of your IM force be caught or killed, no wait. that is another guy. |
