Ok some may construe this as troll post, or hell it may be a dupe, mods lock it you feel it is either. In the wake of this RedLake shooting, I'm fucking sick of the media telling me its my fault as a white man for oppressing these people on the reservation. The kid did it because he was messed up in the head, because his father killed himself, because his mom is in a coma. NOT BECAUSE HE WAS OPPRESSED BY THE WHITE MAN. I've heard casinos mentioned as the only souce of income etc.. that has nothing to do with it, the casino did not make him kill anyone. He didn't kill people because he was poor, he didn't do it because of his heritage. He didn't do it because he didn't have access to mental health doctors, I don't and I'm not running out to kill anyone. Why can't people place accountability where it belongs. Upon this kid, and his guardian(s). Not me, not you, not a casino, not "the man" Sorry I just had to rant. |
