Ok, the beast is officially done. It's now time to throw 100% of our time, energy, and (for those who chose to) money behind John McCain. He needs as much of our support as we possibly can to win in November. Now we play the waiting (and hoping game) for a good VP choice. |
Huckabee or some other activist religeous southern politician with good name recognition who has NRA cred. Who else fits that description? |
Huck's to the left of McCain... There are a few GOOD Southern governors who would make a good 2016 candidate... Or JC Watts... And those guys earen't tax-raising, welfare-loving idiots... |

Huckabee stepped on his dick the other day at the NRA convention. ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5jWOCO_efafmW4lPBXAqvW5kKrVdAD90N7D980 |
Really? I guess the issue of the Florida & MI. delegates has been settled & I didn't hear about it. Care to link to the story which confirms your assertion? ![]() |
Haley Barbour and Mark Sanford come up but when you run those names past the average drone the response is...........................WHO????? If he picks Lindsey Graham he just might deserve to lose. Jindal said not interested. Florida Governor Crist (?) does not gain him anything out of Florida to listen to the pundits. |
Fuck John McCain. I'd only vote for him if he chose a real (R) as a Veep -- and I'd be praying for a grabber. John |
No way in hell does McCain beat Obama. |
Not the first or last joke in poor taste about Obama I assure you. |
I wish I had your confidence. I am still going to do my part, but the society is changing around us radically. I have never seen so many Republicans attracted to a radical Democrat like this. |
And we need to encourage the Hillbots to push for a write-in campaign for the general election! |

Ahem...I believe I coined "DISENGAGE X3". ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=1&f=5&t=710530 |

My chaos posts in libtard circles lately have been along the lines of: "Hillary needs to take this to convention. If Kentucky is more than 2x to 1 Hillary to Obama, then there's an electability problem. Hillary has the popular vote lead. Hillary is more electable. We'll lose the womens' vote if we shit all over Hillary. The superdelegates need to do their job." I love being an agent provocateur. |

basically this election in a nut shell is choosing between pig shit (Obama) , horse shit (McCain)...me personally I'd rather step in horse shit since it doesn't really stink as badly If I felt any independent had a snowballs chance in hell I'd vote for them, sad fact is I don't think Ron Paul does. Voting 3rd party has always been a throw away vote. Notice I said nothing about voting 3rd party gives it to the dems blah blah blah. But if you must look at it that way, some of the people who would vote for Ron Paul do it because they can't bring themselves to vote for McCain since he's "not a republican", "republican-lite/dem-lite/to moderate", or "just another gun grabber". If those people do end up swallowing their pride and pulling the lever for McCain (who I don't really think is a great option but I can't change that nor can anyone else at this point) it would increase his backing further and give the republicans a better shot than before. |

I see that now. Perhaps I need to re-evaluate my stance COUNT EVERY VOTE!! |
Yes, but people are still people... and regular, joe-six-pack, working-class white guys aren't going to put up with Obama voters calling them racists for failing to support him. You can't slap people in the face like that and expect them to vote for you. |
I wouldn't even vote for the Huckster for chief ball washer at the local country club. He makes McCain seem conservative and he is way to deep into the moonbat hypocrite evangelicals. |
Sen. Mel Martinez (R-FL) but he's Cuban, and Cubans and Mexicans do NOT get along, especially Cubans like Mel who are well educated, hard working and successful. |
Is he on osama's vp list? Brown power! |
The voters drink the kool-aid too. Gotta play politics and get their votes. |
10 rounds of Israeli IMI .223 says Romney..he will pick up the conservative vote. |
