Ok, the beast is officially done.  It's now time to throw 100% of our time, energy, and (for those who chose to) money behind John McCain.  He needs as much of our support as we possibly can to win in November.

Now we play the waiting (and hoping game) for a good VP choice.

We need to psychologically torment Obama until the convention.  The longer he's defending himself from Hillary, the less time he has to attack McCain.

I'd only vote for him if he chose a real (R) as a Veep -- and I'd be praying for a grabber.

My chaos posts in libtard circles lately have been along the lines of:

"Hillary needs to take this to convention.   If Kentucky is more than 2x to 1 Hillary to Obama, then there's an electability problem.   Hillary has the popular vote lead.   Hillary is more electable.   We'll lose the womens' vote if we shit all over Hillary.   The superdelegates need to do their job."

I love being an agent provocateur.

basically this election in a nut shell is choosing between pig shit (Obama) , horse shit (McCain)...me personally I'd rather step in horse shit since it doesn't really stink as badly

If I felt any independent had a snowballs chance in hell I'd vote for them, sad fact is I don't think Ron Paul does.  Voting 3rd party has always been a throw away vote.  Notice I said nothing about voting 3rd party gives it to the dems blah blah blah.  But if you must look at it that way, some of the people who would vote for Ron Paul do it because they can't bring themselves to vote for McCain since he's "not a republican", "republican-lite/dem-lite/to moderate", or "just another gun grabber".  If those people do end up swallowing their pride and pulling the lever for McCain (who I don't really think is a great option but I can't change that nor can anyone else at this point) it would increase his backing further and give the republicans a better shot than before.

Yes, but people are still people... and regular, joe-six-pack, working-class white guys aren't going to put up with Obama voters calling them racists for failing to support him.

You can't slap people in the face like that and expect them to vote for you.
