Is there an option someone could implement or that I could download that made it where whenever I clicked a link on the forums that it would open that link in a new window?

Right click, Open in New Window

I think that there is an option somewhere that allows this but I can't remember where it is.

I know about right click and open in new window.. but as much time I spend on this site it would be much quicker if there was an option to enable/disable this feature.

There is an option in IE that does this.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Reuse windows for launching shortcuts   make sure it is unchecked.

I thought it did that automatically?  Maybe just for sites outside of ar15.com though.

I don't know about IE, but in Mozilla you can hold down CTRL while clicking a link to open it in a new window.  Much faster than the right-click method.  I have my ctrl-click set to open in a new tab so I don't have so many windows open in the start bar.
