| gotta old lab that im going to miss one of these days. shes been around for almost 13 years and i just got a feelin she aint got a whole lot left in here. ive put down two good dogs already and im not ready to put down another. the old ticker just cant take that shit no more , why cant they just live forever. think ill try and squeeze another 4 or 5 years out of her. |

My faithful beagle, [b]Scooter[/b], is 14 years old and I dread the day that he will leave me. I already have his gravesite picked out. It's on the Hun Farm which has been in my family since 1885. At the old homestead where my grandmother and father were both born is a storm cellar. He'll be laid to rest there, and will await me there until I come to fetch him one bright and glorious morning. I'll whistle, he'll get up and shake off this dust, and we will walk the farm roads and the fields as we did before.
