I have long felt that any woman who collects welfare should be placed on mandatory BIRTH CONTROL.....if you can't feed the babies you have, you do not need to HAVE ANY MORE!
What say you?....and please try not to lock this up....  but just in case.....IBTL my own thread

Sounds like a good idea to me. Hell, I would sign off on involuntary sterilization. If it becomes obvious you can't (or won't) take care of your kids by yourself , you should have to forfeit the right to have more. Period.

and deny them the ability to milk the system for all it's worth? i think many people would find that offensive and could possibly hurt the feelings of wellfare recipients.

Let me add to that. Require breeding permits.
For those people who are not on welfare, and can have kids, they should be required to have a license to breed. You must pass a course, and pass an intelligence test. There also must be enough family income. Just because you don't earn welfair doesnt' mean you can support a child. |

I find it amazing that we, as humans, are seemingly the only species that cannot take care of one's offspring with the basics of food, clothing and shelter.

give them an implant, it lasts for six months.....they have to pick up their check in person at the welfare office.....their worker checks their arm for the implant, no BC implant, NO CHECK. |

Everyone should be sterilized at age 12, with some secret government pill/technology required to "undo" it. Then, after people turn 18 (or 21 or 30 or whatever), and take some basic civics and IQ test, the procedure can be reversed. |
