If Bush wins Ohio closely, are there reliable estimates as to whether or not the rain would have been the deciding factor.

Because conventional wisdom says that bad weather slightly depresses the Democratic vote.

I don't think the rain suppressed ANY votes here. There were long lines everywhere.

it was raining at 7:00 when i arrived at our polling place. i have never seen so many people voting. not like the past when there was not even a wait. me and my wife waited about 1/2 an hour, which is pretty long for the part of lorain OH we are in.
