Ohio CCW passed the House and Senate and is on the way to the Governors desk to be signed. It passed by big number in in both House 69-27 and Senate 25-7. If Taft vetos it, the House and Senate have enought votes to override it if they vote the same way again.

IIRC, a few years ago it had enough sponsors to carry a veto vote, they wont do it.

The good news is OSC has ruled you have open carry rights...[;)]

I cant stand to see the name "Taft" from now on can we just use the name "Ass" instead?

I realy hope this goes through without a hitch, any crazy rules or absurd costs to keep a ccw permit.
