I watched the segment of the California surfing dude who believes working is for suckers.  Chicks and music is where it is.

He was grateful Obama dropped the welfare to work rules- they would have been a problem.  Then he went out in his nice Avalanche and bought some lobster, on us.

You ain't seen nothing yet.  It's only going to get worse.

I did a little digging a few weeks ago and found that 29% of the residents in my county receive some type of food stamps benefits.  That's up almost 30% from 6 years ago.

While the figures are alarming, the fact is that these increases are actually expediting the demise liberal economic policies.

The faster they force these things through, the harder it will be to finance them.

The relationship between public expectation and the ability to deliver on those expectations is inversely proportional - this is always what kills off liberal and socialist governments.

Yeah, we've seen it.

The libtards twist it either way though.  People in Government housing have just received a rent increase where they have more bedrooms than they physically need.  For most people this would be deemed a small rent increase, for the Free Shit Army over here they and the liberal media have branded it a "Bedroom Tax" which is utter bollocks.

They are being charged in the region of £14 a week extra to have an extra bedroom in a house that gets maintained for them.

As a working man, for me to buy or rent a house with an extra bedroom would cost me at least £50 a week and in reality probably a lot more.

The populace has to wake up and realize this isn't a long term effective strategy.

Actually a lot of Eurozone counties have been there and left it behind.

For us in the Netherlands it was in the early to mid 1980's and the welfare system has become a lot stricter since then. Luckily we turned it on time but its a risky game.

strike
maybe literally, maybe figuratively.

go Galt
stop buying stuff
if you run a store/business don't do business with these people.  ("get out!")

You will never stop the slide going along with the flow.

Clearly, but how I stop feeding the enemy?  Stop paying taxes?  Stop working?  Vote for Mitt Romney?

I don't see how we stop this.  It will have to stop itself.  The best we can do is survive.

The farm bill is being held up because some actually had to audacity to propose cutting the SNAP program a tiny bit.

Oh Lawd, we can't have that.

Wait a few years until the 'food stamp' stigma dissipates and the majority of people are on SNAP.

What used to be shameful will become a demand.

When the tit runs dry and people starve, not a fuck will be given by me.

I don't doubt it.  I think everything is on a discrete EBT card.
