As a public service we have opened this Official Counseling Center.  it is ok to cry here.  No one will judge you.  We understand you are in pain...we simply want to help

It appears the unions members are upset for the following reasons. The members pay dues, some of which are used to pay contract negotiators to negotiate pay and benifits. The new non-union members will get the same pay and benifits without having to contribute towards paying the negotiators.  The union members do have a point there.

The union leadership are upset because this decreases their political power & influence. Fuck them.

Doesn't bother me.

I live in California, we are the last bastion of union thuggery.

Get rid of the unions here and anything is possible.
