OP Tactical explains the credit card was never charged,just a hold was placed as the order is on hold. It would have been better if they had informed me this before having their BBB send me this information.
So I am still waiting but my credit card was not charged. 
So I guess OP Tactcal is still a stand up company, even if some wait and wait and wait for their orders to ship.

Are you saying you got it for free and you contacted the Better Business Bureau? Not sure I understand.
My only experience with OPTactical is this: They have a ton of stuff at very competitive prices. Sometimes they are out of stock on an item, but will contact you almost immediately with information on an alternate item. Big kudos here. Their shipping calculator and options are garbage. I selected the cheapest option to ship to AK. They contacted me and said that USPS priority mail; was the only option for about $25. I explained to them that their competitor Supply Captain routinely ships up here for less than half of that. I also mentioned BCM and PK Firearms very competitive and flexible shipping policies. I asked them if they could ship Parcel Post for cheaper––-they never got back to me. The only reason I found out they canceled my order is I clicked on the original order status link sent in the first order. So––I'm done with OPTactical. I'll spend my money at Supply Captain––which I've been doing more and more lately. There are people affiliated with both Supply Captain and OPTactical on Lightfighter. |
