Middle of the afternoon today a man (until then) had a pipe bomb go off in his lap in the lot at Congresscritter Loretta Sanchez'z office in Santa Ana.  

Strip mall and a bunch of VN restaurants and other businesses so she might not have been primary target.

Witness said they heard a muffled loud thump and a few minutes later he got out of the car and was still on fire.
