I am now completely convinced he is insane.
He is rattling off a Russian version of "Mein Kampf". No one but a dictator with a chip on his shoulder gives a speech like this. It sounds like he wrote it himself. It's like the old man in the Simpson's. "I'm mad as hell and ain't going to take it anymore!" |
