I've got an Elm 327 V1.5 Bluetooth OBDII Adapter and no Android devices. I've got an iPhone 4, but I'm old and can't see shit on that little screen. I've got several laptops, notebooks, and tablets to choose from running XP, Win7, and Win8.1, so that's what I need to use. Anybody here use a Windows-based OBDII scanner program? |

It should work fine though. Good Luck. The bluetooth plug in works. I want to know what types of programs people use on their laptops to monitor all the parameters. I've tried ProScan 5.9 but it hasn't been updated since 2010 and is having problems with Win8.1. I'm glad I didn't pay for it.
Any other OBDII software packages that work well with Windows? |
