Linky no worky.  This site keeps changing stuff so direct links to video files stop working. If you link the video page, but not the wmv file, it should work.

Reminds me when I was young and stupid. I was a lot like that (except without the flips) . And I didn't do that leaping from building to building but rather from boulder to boulder on these mountains:



Used to race down these mountains just like that. Damn that was hellacious fun. Used to go summit to base (~1500' drop) in under three minutes - basically a full out sprint with a lot of boulder-leaping.

The trick is to just don't stop moving your feet.
