I thought he died last year!
Edited to add that I just did a search and he seems to be quite alive. Finger on the trigger? But then I guess with a 20 lb trigger pull you don't have to worry much. |

But then I guess with a 20 lb trigger pull you don't have to worry much. My new SAR 1 with the stock trigger is 6 lbs. Not too bad a trigger really. Nothing like the RSA trigger though. The RSA trigger is nice regardless of the rifle it's in. |

Remember that the Oly M43 ammo pistol was the reason that ATF forbade the importation of M43 AP (or the standard issue Chinese M43) rounds. Fargin' bastages!
Edited to add that on my POS 'puter, the General's finger appears to be indexed on the bottom of the trigger guard, and not actually inserted into it. Also, to say thanks for the new wallpaper. Of course, I'm referring to the General, and not to the Cristopher Lowell piece of crap he's standing in front of! |

my sar-2 with redstararms trigger breaks at under 2lbs, when i set it up as a single stage. currently, i have it set up as a 2-stage trigger breaking at 3-1/2lbs.

i'll be at the plateshoot with my ak-74 tomorrow (tusco rifle club)! i hope uncle mikhail timofeyovich remembers to show up!
noah, 2lbs on a field gun was too light. fun, but impractical and unsafe for some uses and conditions. adjusted up to 3-1/2, it is just about perfect for groundhogs and plateshoots. |

Interesting---AKM top cover on a type 3 (milled reciever) AK47. Wonder if he commented on that to whoever gave him the rifle to hold for the pic?
