Looks like a handy little tool but I could swear I've seen the design before . . . or am I imagining things?

Hey does anyone know if the make an Ar10/Ar15 Hybrid multi tool, for builds and such. It would be bulky, but absolutely worth it for a range bag. I'd pay $150 for that. Barrel wrench, screwdrivers, a knife, plus the spanner wrenches for the hand guards. Brownells has one for considerably less than that. And for the 1911. Not sure what tools are included off the top of my head though. |

That looks like a total and complete POS. I just got a new EDC leatherman and love it. It's a freestyle CX. I have a phillips and flat head on my keychain. Great one handed knife, pliers are very strong and it comes with a wire cutter. Of course there is enough metal to have it used as a can opener even without a dedicated one on the tool. http://www.leathermanlibrary.com/albums/ftp_uploads/2009%20Products/FREESTYLE_CX_DETAIL.jpg http://www.moontrail.com/details/leatherman/freestyle-cx/freestyle-cx-clsdhand.jpg That looks similar to my Skeletool....ahhhh, its missing the clip/bottle opener. Cool! |

I think your thinking of Peter Atwood tools. Which are easily purchased on Ebay for a 200% markup
Otherwise, forget obtaining the three (3) that he makes of a design, which sell out on his site in about 1/1000th of a second.
Sold Out! Thanks! |

Sold Out! Thanks! People are absolutely insane about his stuff. I'm glad to see other manufacturers like the OP linked too, Atwood obviously can't keep up with the demand. |

No knife on board? looks nifty, but priced waay to high, made in USA I hope? Larue could probably make it for under 20 bucks If not, then it's gonna get knocked off by China and sold for 10 bucks each So true about China. I run into hundreds of tool and knife manufacturers and trading firms at trade fairs while searching for trademark, copyright or patent violations on behalf of my clients. Most of the bladed items and lookalike multi-function tools are produced in Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province (广东省阳江市)。 |
