Does chili have sour cream and cheese on top?
What about crackers? Maybe this has been established. |

The only reason to add sour cream is if it's too hot for your delicate taste buds. Personally, I'm fine with people adding cheese, though Cheddar and American aren't particularly good choices.
Crackers are for Yankees, chili should be eaten with a corn based side (ie corn bread, tortillas, corn chips). |
Someone give me a GOOD Texas chili recipe. No beans. Just meat. I like both, but I'm doing keto, so no carbs. Down 25lb in 2 months
I'll hit up a messican store after work to get some chilis and shit
ETA Keto "bread" is surprisingly corn-bread-like in texture and consistency, so that will complete the meal |

Cheese yes. Not always but frequently. Sour cream is disgusting. You don't drink sour milk why would you eat sour cream? Makes no sense. Do you enjoy the benefit of penicillin? Do you like soy sauce? Do you like various sausages? Do you like sauerkraut? All these things use...bacteria/mold spores/etc in some form or another. Sour cream is fermented. Not spoiled.
Punch yourself in the dick. Back to the chili debate
