So whats everyones opinion on the new RCP's ? ..... Personally think its a great thing and a long time coming . (Close to RCP's in the 1990's, early 2000's)-

Off the top of my head, that looks real close to what the Corps runs. I know in my NG company, we have alot of 10-year SPC's and 18-year SGT's who this is going to stress the hell out. Very true. Hard to get promoted when the rank structure above you is frozen. |
