Not images of black people; black silhouette targets like this:
Young black men are 3X more likely to be shot by trained shooters than their white peers. A disturbing potential correlation: The most popular target for shooters to learn to use their firearm is a black silhouette. Unconscious bias can be deadly. https://pjmedia.com/trending/2017/02/20/new-campaign-seeks-to-end-use-of-black-targets-at-gun-ranges/ |

Good lord. I have been shooting those targets for years, and not once have I ever associated the silhouette with any race.
Eh, commit 3 times the crimes, get shot 3 times more often. It's statistics not colors.
Should we ban black spray paint while we're at it? I mostly spray my steel silhouette black. Guess that makes me racist.

That's fucking dumb. I usually shoot the green ones with the triangles and circles next to the head so it wouldn't affect me really, but stupid.

Damn they are running out of shit to be outraged about if they are cycling back to this.

I don't buy those anyway because the contrast is shit and you can't see the hole unless you're a few feet away.
that attitude has been around for a while.......nothing new.
Black B-27 targets = training to kill black people!! muh racist targets.......... |
I shoot at white gallon milk jugs so that means I am more likely to shoot at white people??
So if I shoot white steel poppers, does that mean I'm training to shoot white midgets? #thingsineedtoknow

The targets I typically shoot are khaki, and the no shoots are either white or have black hands.
Guess I'm clear of racism. |
I oppose black silhouette targets purely because my shitty eyes can't see the boolet holes.
I shoot trap...orange clay birds...does that mean I'm gonna hurt the POTUS?
Maybe I'm just more likely to shoot an Oompa Loompa. |
Our IDPA/USPSA targets are all brown.
No shoots are either white, black, or brown targets with black empty hands painted on them. If anything, I'm training to not shoot black people, especially if they have their hands up. BLM should be beyond happy. |
When are we going to start painting ALL the black prisoners white?
I shoot light blue bottle-shape targets. (they were dirt cheap for 1K targets shipped)
Does that mean Smurfs are my intended victim? |

Yeah if you use the Google and search black guy target it links a few to a storm front download page. Apparently it's a target with quite a bit of racism involved. There were also modified black sillouets holding a gun sideways with a dew rag and tats

Oh shit.
Show me someone that is that color, and I'll turn in all my targets right now.
Fucking idiots |
Shit, my agency has been subliminally training me to shoot the Blue Man Group all these years.

It started in the late 80's. Most of the targets we used after that were either shades of blue or green, sometimes gray. But, this is nothing new. |
