Neighbor puts his garbage cans on my property (Page 3 of 3)

Most neighbors suck. I asked the one across the street to mulch their yard, use the bagger, or get a deflector for their riding mower and of course he made a point of mowing more often shooting crap 10-20 ft. across the street until he cracked a window with a rock. I let them know about the cracked window and he is now finally using the bagger. They are also the HOA president so they love to tell everyone what to do, but bend the rules to do whatever they want themselves. I blame the other half for making me buy into an HOA subdivision since she had to have a new house. |

She has received death threats already, and her "reign"' just began two months ago. This is a subdivision filled with Indian families, so I have the popcorn ready. |

Added: He did this on purpose as no one was cleaning the concrete walkway and they have a big gate on the other side of their backyard that opens to a different street( they live on the corner). You sound too passive to deal with the problem. If the garbage cans are on your property, why can’t you move them back to his property?? Give them a boot back onto his property and spilling the garbage out. |
