Cans are going back to the street or garbage service in the morning. *Pictures later, I just like AR advice. Two inches? 2? How would you even know?

| Have your husband kick you in the gut to get your balls to drop then go rip up all the pavers on your property, talk to him once about the trash cans being placed on your property, when they are put there again have the trash guys haul them off. Stop being a push over. |

Im not the most assertive or outgoing person but I don't see what's so scary about it. if the guy blows his stack laugh at him. He sounds like a big baby. Unless he has a criminal record for violent crimes I wouldn't worry. most people are all bluster. This. I had an issue with a neighbor in a former neighborhood over snow removal. Granted I at the time was a renter but was responsible for my snow removal. I plowed with an ATV and I made an effort to keep the driveway plus an area of the adjacent frozen lawn clear where I seasonally stashed my snowmobile trailer. I also kept the fire hydrant cleared. Anyways it was usually ok and I often hit their driveway across the street for small storms as it took just a few minutes to do. If we got lake effect snow off the great lakes it was another story and he’d bring in a tractor from his farm outside the village and clean up. Well he started piling up those big storms across the street on my lawn. (small dead end street where two cars can barely pass). His piles would tumble over in to my area I cleared for my trailer parking and also the hydrant. Ok, this is annoying so I walked over and had a chat with him about how his actions affected my operations. He said he didn’t think anything of it but would stop. His thinking was that the storm drain was on my side and it’d go down the drain when it melted. Ok I saw his thinking but it affected my use of the property I rented. We agreed he could continue but to avoid the effect on my trailerbparking area and the hydrant. The hydrant thing I shook my head at as he was in the VFD and I was not but I was more cognizant of keeping the dang thing open. Otherwise I never had an issue with him. He was a great neighbor as was his girlfriend whose house they lived in. Sometimes just talking to the guy is the right thing to do. |
The only hyphenated names I like are cartridge names......30-06, 30-40, 38-55 etc.

Every time he puts cans on your property, "accidentally" pour some rancid grease or liquified fecal material in his cans. Get a 5 gal. bucket and take a crap and piss in it. let it sit outside for a day or two then apply as directed above. I can't imagine your problem would continue for long. |

Move the cans back to their side. Stick a note on there tell him not to do it again, be polite, or at least non- threatening. If they do it again and the cans aren’t city/county/company owner, disappear the cans. I get not wanting to get into a conflict with your neighbor, you have to live next to them. Go talk to the Mom. I have a temper, I try to avoid conflict, mainly because people are entitled and typically stupid, my temper can make things worse. But, you do need to stand up for yourself if this is bothering you. |
