[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help capturing streaming video...

Does anyone have a cheap(free) program for capturing streaming video from a url? I would go to Tech TV, but since the 'merge' with g4 it really sucks. Both 'The Screen Savers' and 'Call for Help' had links but they are gone.
