My computer got fried by the Electric Power Board so I had to borrow one from a family member temporarily.  This computer has Windows Vista and I am used to XP.  It is a Compaq Presario computer.  The issue I am having is that the tool bar and the tabs are huge.  Also, the letters and icons are huge.  Some pages I cannot even read because of the huge letters.  I have changed the resolution sizes, fonts, etc.  I cannot even use Firefox because the letters are bigger on there than they are on IE, but they are still big on IE.  Any suggestions?

I work from home and I need this issue resolved, it is driving me crazy!!!!!!
