Is there a history if stuff I've printed before left on my pc?

My sister in law bought a battery on advanceautoparts.com website and we checked out as a guest on the site when her jeep died in my driveway. Fast forward to saturday, the new battery is dead. I need to find a copy of the receipt that I printed off to pick up the battery for warranty work.

Is there any place on my pc where it may store a print job? I don't print a bunch of crap so finding it shouldn't be a big pain.

I'm using windows 7 x64 if that matters.

start, run, eventvwr but the printed file isnt stored. It just tells you something was printed. Shouldnt advance have the battery under warranty by persons name? They can look it up.

I think they might store warranty info  by phone number.

It was bought online with a discount code. If I can reprint the receipt I'm golden.

If nothing else they should go off the Manf date code on the battery.

So you're looking for a receipt basically?

That or a order number. I'd like for my sister inlaw to get the free battery she has under warranty.

Didn't they send you an email receipt for the purchase?

Did she enter a fake email address for the order confirmation to be sent to?

I did it and no. I think she deleted the email. I am still cruising on my gmail account, I keep all the receipts.

Just asking but, are you sure its the battery that is bad?

Alternator charging correctly?

In my many battery purchases Ive never bought a bad one.

Good luck in your search for the receipt.

Battery won't even charge on a charger. Yup, it is toast.
