My comp has two HD's, one for the system, and the other for everything else. Im trying to install a program but am having trouble installing it on the right HD.

Let me explain. The Drive where the installer downloaded is drive F: where i want it to be installed. However when i open the installer, it downloads to my C: drive in a temp folder. there is a "browse" option, but it is not clickable. My C: does not have enough free space to install the program there.

i know thats not very clear, but thanks for the help

Ok, this is bringing up some more questions-

Since i only have 3 gigs left on my "system" (C:) i want to transfer some files over into my other hard drive. Can i move the entire folder "ROTCatCU's documents" into the other HD?

i would suggest moving data folders like music or video folders over to the partition with the space available.   (music files typically take up alot of space)

if you move a program folder over you will just cause your self problems, you can even crash your install of windows.

to try to free up some space run this program  ccleaner

you can move your my documents over to another folder, yes
