Probably no reason to be too concerned.
It looks like bullshit to me. Just a collage of symbols sort of combined and "mixed and matched". The diamond can refer to immortality, ascension, wisdom and clarity. The raised hand with open palm could be referencing all sorts of things (or nothing). The palm itself has the upside down pentagram; the sign of satanism, a symbol for the head of the goat. There are two wounds in the wrist. Probably a reference to the crucifixion of Christ. There is a possibility that this combination of upraised palm (possibly in blessing), pentagram and wounded wrist is intended to mock Christ. There is also a classic rose at each intersection of the diamond. The rose is a rich symbol. It can mean secrecy (sub rosa; under the rose = sworn to secrecy). Or it can refer to everlasting love. Probably just a product of a Goth artist's imagination....lots of that crap is all over the place....and extremely popular (although I have zero idea why  ).
