Ok, I tried to do this the email way but this computer wont let me so I will try it this way.
Yesterday I purchased a bronze membership. My first attempt with my first card did not work, it gave me a mismatched ccv number message. After a few tries to make sure I was typing in my number correctly with the same result I decided to use a different card. This card worked and I received a confirmation via email. Today I find out that the first card apparently went through as I have an unexpected 24 dollars missing, but I received no confirmation or any other reason to lead me to believe the first card was accepted. What do I need to do to get this problem fixed as I do not want to pay 48 dollars for a 24 dollar membership. Thank you in advance for any response. |

AR15.Com STORE Contact Information but odds are that you do not have a problem, instead you have a held funds or pending charge that will disappear within days when your Credit Card Issuer does not receive the information that there was an actual charge made. Here is a sample explanation from a random online retailer found via Google. Why am I seeing multiple pending charges in my bank account when I only placed one order with my bank/debit card? If you clicked the "complete order" button more than once during checkout, your bank will re-authorize the charge. Also, if you got an error message after you hit the "complete order" button and went back to correct the error before resubmitting your order, your bank will re-authorize the charge. Please allow 5 business days for the holds to be removed and verify that you were only charged one time for your order. If you continue to see a pending charge or if you were in fact charged multiple times for one order... |
