My grandmother keeps getting this message every time she starts up her computer, RegSvr32, no dll name specified, usage: RegSvr32 [/u][/s][/n][/i[cmd line]]dll name.  Ever since she started getting that message she hasn't been able to access her e-mail.
I went out and got her a new version of Norton because hers hadn't been updated since 99.  It found 9 viruses and ever since then she's been getting that message.
Any help I could get on this would be greatly appreciated.
