I scored some free ground buffalo and I want to make chili out of it.  I've been checking online for recipes but I haven't found one I really liked, plus many seem to have things like zucchini or squash in them which kinda throws me off.  Looking for either with or without bean recipes, so toss what you've got to me.  Links to earlier dinner threads are very welcome as well.  I'll post the results when I make the chili (hopefully this weekend).

I always just use the Two Alarm kit.  And I mix...half buffalo and half venison.

Nothing special needed because it's buffalo (just don't overcook when browning it), use any chili recipe you like.

Don't forget the BEANS. Buffalo id way too dry without BEANS.

I always figured a burger made with it completely would be dry because of the lower fat content.
So someone fill me in on what the fat content typically is.
