When joining the NRA through those special $25 membership offers included with new Colt rifles, does Colt pay the extra $10 that is discounted from the standard membership fee? Thanks.

Probably an NRA discount, since they will do that price "on sale" from time to time

The NRA only makes $25 on that membership.

There are quite a few other outfits that also offer $25 NRA memberships (such as Brownells, Dillon, and even the NRA Headquarters Range in Virginia).
