Trying to decide what side dish to make for dinner.

Main dish will be sauteed turkey breast with cajun seasonings, and Grandma made some of her outstanding dinner rolls. But do I go with mashed potatos, micro'd sweet potato, trader joes frozen vegetables, or none of the above?

No the shift is 9-1-05. this is "NIGHT SHIFT" it isnt the night of 9-2-05 yet....dayshift doesnt start until 6am.....

Technically the new day started at 0000 and was 9-2-05...but still it isnt night shift for that day yet.
