| Hi- I hold a class 3 FFL (curio and relic) and also my States (WV) concealed carry permit and my NICS check always is delayed. It used to be for a couple of hours but seems to have gotten worse since I got my licenses. I checked my newsletter from the ATF that addresses a denial but it doesn't say anything about delays. Any of you regular FFL holders have a solution?? Thanks . Rich |
