You may want to look into having the heads rebuilt - it seems to smoke a bit more that what is considered desirable.

My 71 Jeepster Commando put out more smoke then that. Well, except during the odd week when I forgot to put oil in it.

After listening to the .wav file, I've come to the conclusion that most older dump trucks also have 400 Pontiac engines. Sounds just like the ones I heard down at the land fill.
