A Montana man was arrested last month after he apparently "liked" his most wanted poster on a Crimestoppers Facebook page.

Levi Charles Reardon was arrested April 24 after he liked his photo on the Cascade County Crimestoppers Facebook page, according to the Great Falls Tribune. The newspaper reportedly captured a screenshot of it before Reardon revoked the like.

My grandfather was a state/federal LEO for 30+ years. He often said his job would have been much harder if most criminals weren't so fucking stupid.

Interesting... how fast does Facebook respond to inquiries by LE for IP info? ...then from there, you would have to get the ISP to provide the address/ account being used by that IP at the time. Then go get him.

..or these two things may not be related at all and it was just a funny coincidence
