Has anyone been able to contact them in the last two weeks. I have had no response from them after the intial receipt of a confirmation. Several e-mails, no answer. Phone rings busy.
This is not normal, I've had several transactions that went very well. Anyone know anythig? |
| Ordered a 7.62 kit in mid November, by end of December got worried. Emails will not be answered. I redialed for over an hour until I got thru. They were helpful once contact was made. At that time, the gentleman I spoke to lamented on how they were 7000 orders behind (I kinda felt sorry for him...). My order arrived mid January. Can't imagine how far buried they are now. Be patient, but redial the hell out of your phone...!! You'll get satisfaction.. |

I bought from them last summer, received within 5 days of placing the order and I am very happy with it; they have a good product and price.
However, that was before the current insanity. Just keep at it, they are a good bunch and I was very surprised with how quick I got my upper from them. |

I'm a regular customer of model 1 and ordered 4 parts sets the middle of November( a friend held up my making the order thru his indecision about what he wanted), the lady said 6 to 8 weeks if they didn't change the laws.
I got the order the first week in February. just be patient, they'll take care of you.
