First thing I did was replace the old flex rubber fuel lines mid way down the frame rail. I replaced them with SHIELDS Brand Fuel Line from West Marine, its suppose to be E10 & E15 resistant

Here is old lines.

I added some heat resistant material to the fuel lines I replaced.

Old Trans fluid Cooler..I think its ran its course. lol

Brand New B & M super cooler. all hard mounted w/ new lines and clamps.

Good job, the fuel lines, become important on older BOV's.

The B&M coolers are awesome...they could get away with charging double and I'd still buy it.

My B&M cooler laughs at you B&M cooler

Seriously though, good stuff. The plate will cool significantly better than the old tube and fin. Is it still running in series with the radiator tank "cooler"?

And put some protection on the rubber hoses running through the core support.
