Machine guns have to be C&R. I THINK Minnesotas' C&R list ends at about 1965...Check with a local Class 3 shop. No silencers of any kind allowed except in very few select cases. SBR's would be allowed on anything (all NFA rules apply). As above, AW ban items are verboten on post-bans. |
