Enco mill/drill (Forgot the model, but it's their largest benchtop model)
A few years ago. Paid $880. Yes, I like it. It's a little sloppy, and the provided handles were JUNK, but it's rigid enough for heavy cuts in aluminum and moderate cuts in brass. It's very limited in terms of its capability for steel cutting, however. I've got an Acu-Rite DRO system (3 axis!) that I picked up FREE, and I'm trying to figure out how best to install it on this mill. Also considering adding a power feed system made from salvaged motors and parts. No, it's not for sale. CJ |

2. Enco 3. Something like $900 with a decent set of goodies to start out with, it was a present from my parents. 4. Love it 5. Not unless you'll buy me a full sized, DRO & powerfeed-equipped Bridgeport, I added digital readouts to the thing, its perfect for turning 0% forgings into lowers now. Kharn |
