ETA--after some study of the problem and consultation with others, I'm re-posting the link. It appears that problems with one previous Mencia-related posting had more to do with the history of the party involved and the way it was posted/presented.

So, please, don't hijack the thread into a discussion of what happened to the other thread. Let this one stand on it's own merits.

To be fair it is kind of a grey area , but members have been banned when they link to his work in the past , so the whole thing has kind of been tagged with a precedence .

Thanks for that pointer to the original controversy. Based on all the stuff I've seen and read in this forum I would not have guessed that any of this would be a CoC issue, but the CoC is rather broad in this area. The fact is it may be more sensitive in certain cultural areas than others. This playground belongs to the owners and they make the rules and as a Libertarian I'm OK with that. Better than I have lobbied in this area I'm sure, so I won't waste time with that.

I'm doing further research on this thread so hang in a bit longer, it might get restored to its original glory.
